“Riverfront East” is an opportunity that encourages anybody with a positive communal vision & strong ties to Wilmington to take initiative in contributing to the development of the city. As a people, it is our job to provide value to our community in ways that promote unity & diversity, rather than waiting for the end results to determine our satisfaction with what has been done. The project’s dedicated website, RiverfrontEast.com describes, “acres upon acres of underutilized brownfield ready for development, free from concerns of gentrification.

The crowd included a diverse combination of different people from all over. A colorful mix of musicians, designers, photographers, artists, nutritionists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and locals who simply just wanted to have a good time amongst good people. It was a refreshing experience that couldn’t have transpired at a more perfect time. With all the chaos & confusion we’ve all had to endure over these past few years, now more than ever people just want to have a good time with no drama, stress, or worries… especially when it pertains to someone else's problem. The one accord everyone seemed to be on that night was apparent.

FIGHTING ON THE TANK DAVIS VS. FRANK MARTIN UNDERCARD AGAINST THE FORMERLY UNDEFEATED ELIJAH GARCIA. THIS HIGHLY ANTICIPATED FIGHT WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 30TH BUT WAS POSTPONED DUE TO GARCIA BATTLING SEASONAL ALLERGIES THE NIGHT BEFORE THE FIGHT. EXPECTING ALL OUTSTANDING ISSUES TO HAVE BEEN RESOLVED BY THE NEW FIGHT DATE, KYRONE’S CORNER WAS FACED WITH EVEN MORE UNSETTLING NEWS THIS TIME AS WELL, HAVING TO RENEGOTIATE THE DETAILS OF THE MATCH WHEN GARCIA WEIGHED IN ABOUT 5LBS OVER THE AGREED UPON WEIGHT LIMIT. FINALLY, THE FIGHT WAS MADE POSSIBLE ENDING IN A SPLIT DECISION AFTER 10 ROUNDS OF GARCIA BEING SIMPLY PICKED APART & OUT-CLASSED BY DAVIS.
